LOADING ERROR LOADINGA federal judge in San Antonio has ordered the release of Liam Conejo Ramos, 5, and his father from an ICE detention center in Texas after they were taken into custody in a Minneapolis suburb last week. U.S. District Judge Fred Biery ordered Saturday morning that both the preschooler and his father, Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias, be released by Tuesday, the San-Antonio Express News reported. Five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was detained by ICE agents on Jan. 20, 2026 in a suburb of Minneapolis. DHS called what happened at Liam house a “targeted operation” to arrest Conejo Arias. Federal officials said he was in the country illegally.

South Carolina has already seeded cases across the country, including some in neighboring North Carolina, which has reported 15 cases. In Washington state, three members of a South Carolina family visited King and Snohomish counties while infectious, leading to three cases there. Like elsewhere in the United States, more families in South Carolina are seeking exemptions from routine childhood vaccinations for religious reasons. Still, the South Carolina outbreak highlighted the need for public health officials to build trust in some close-knit immigrant communities more resistant to vaccination. Fred Armisen has been tapped for a new series collaboration between CNN and Universal Music Group, The Hollywood Reporter can exclusively reveal, with the comedian set to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at UMG’s extensive archives. The series, which doesn’t have a title, will give a rare look at UMG’s archives housed at the famed Iron Mountain facility in Pennsylvania. “This series opens the doors to one of the most extraordinary music archives in the world, and Fred Armisen is the perfect guide,” Amy Entelis, executive vice president of talent, CNN Originals and creative development for CNN Worldwide, said in a statement. Also executive producing are Amy Entelis, Lyle Gamm and Katie Hinman for CNN Original Series, Jeff Smith for Time Studios and Doug Pray.
