President Trump bragged Friday that his tariff blitz has “created an American economic miracle,” while blasting Democrats for handing him a “catastrophically” high budget deficit. Trump shared his assessment of the economy in a Wall Street Journal op-ed, boasting that his sweeping tariffs transformed a “DEAD” nation into the “HOTTEST” in the world. “When I imposed historic tariffs on nearly all foreign countries last April, the critics said my policies would cause a global economic meltdown,” the president wrote. 3 Trump boasted that his sweeping tariffs transformed a “DEAD” nation into the “HOTTEST” in the world. TLDREddie Izzard’s solo ‘Hamlet’ at the Montalbán Theatre is a daring performance that emphasizes storytelling over subtlety. The production showcases Izzard’s physical and mental endurance as she performs all roles in Shakespeare’s tragedy. While the minimalist staging and broad strokes of the adaptation may appeal to some, others may find it lacking in interpretive depth. The performance is both exhilarating and exhausting, with Izzard’s comedic timing and physicality shining through.

The DOJ’s complaint focused on comments attributed to Boasberg by the conservative media outlet The Federalist during a meeting of U.S. Judicial Conference in March that was attended by Chief U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts.

South Carolina has already seeded cases across the country, including some in neighboring North Carolina, which has reported 15 cases. In Washington state, three members of a South Carolina family visited King and Snohomish counties while infectious, leading to three cases there. Like elsewhere in the United States, more families in South Carolina are seeking exemptions from routine childhood vaccinations for religious reasons. Still, the South Carolina outbreak highlighted the need for public health officials to build trust in some close-knit immigrant communities more resistant to vaccination.
