Bhandara News नवजात बालिका की बिक्री मामले का मुख्य आरोपी गोंदिया के न्यू बालाजी क्लिनिक के संचालक डॉ. नितेश बाजपेयी को आखिरकार भंडारा पुलिस ने शुक्रवार, 20 फरवरी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। बता दें कि, नवजात बालिका की बिक्री मामला उजागर होते ही डॉ. नितेश बाजपेयी ने आत्महत्या करने की कोशिश की थी। जिससे उसका भंडारा के एक निजी अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था। इस बीच गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए उसने न्यायालय में अग्रिम जमानत के लिए याचिका दायर की थी।भंडारा जिला सत्र न्यायालय ने 17 फरवरी को सुनवाई कर उसे खारीज कर दिया है। जिससे पुलिस को डॉ.बाजपेयी के डिस्चार्ज का इंतजार था, ऐसे में डॉ.बाजपेयी के तबीयत में सुधार होते ही पुलिस ने उसे अस्पताल से ही अपने कब्जे में ले लिया है, जिससे नवजात बालिका की बिक्री का रैकेट कहां-कहां सक्रिय है और कितने लोग शामिल है। आरोपी कब से इस तरह बच्चों की बिक्री कर रहा है जैसे सभी मामलों का और अधिक खुलासा होने की संभावना है। इसके पहले गोंदिया निवासी ललेश्वरी नंदकिशोर सादेपाच (39), सागर सिक्का को गिरफ्तार कर चुकी हंै। दोनों पुलिस रिमांड में है।यह आरोपी अभी भी पकड़ से बाहर : इस मामले में ग्राम पांढराबोडी निवासी मालती प्रकाश वाघमारे (44), पूर्णिमा सतीश धुर्वे (30) तथा उमेशसिंह रामचंद्रसिंह गहलोत (48) यह तीन आरोपी अभी भी फरार है। जिनकी सरगर्मी से तलाश जारी है। इस मामले में मुख्य आरोपी डॉ. नितेश बाजपेयी समेत छह लोगों के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है। आगे की जांच शुरू है। इनमें से डॉ. नितेश बाजपेयी, ललेश्वरी नंदकिशोर सादेपाच (39) व सागर सिक्का को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है, जबकि आरोपियों में पांढराबोडी ग्राम निवासी मालती प्रकाश वाघमारे (44), पुर्णिमा सतिश धुर्वे (30) तथा उमेशसिंग रामचंद्रसिंग गहलोत (48) यह तीन आरोपी फरार है।

Nagpur News राज्य में पेपर लीक की घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहीं। इस वर्ष एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां बारहवीं बोर्ड के केमिस्ट्री और फिजिक्स विषय के प्रश्नपत्र परीक्षा से लगभग एक घंटा पहले व्हाट्सऐप पर वायरल हो गए। यह मामला नागपुर के सदर क्षेत्र स्थित सेंट ऊर्सूला स्कूल परीक्षा केंद्र पर उजागर हुआ। गुरुवार को केमिस्ट्री का पेपर था। परीक्षा शुरू होने से पहले ही प्रश्नपत्र एक व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप में पहुंच चुका था। परीक्षा के दौरान एक छात्रा बार-बार प्रसाधनगृह जा रही थी, जिससे पर्यवेक्षक को संदेह हुआ। तीसरी बार लौटने पर उसकी तलाशी ली गई, जिसमें उसके पास से एक स्मार्टफोन बरामद हुआ। मोबाइल की जांच में पाया गया कि एक व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप पर प्रश्नपत्र और उसके उत्तर पहले से साझा किए गए थे।केंद्र प्रमुख ने तुरंत सदर पुलिस थाना को सूचना दी। वरिष्ठ पुलिस निरीक्षक अमोल देशमुख अपनी टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और दो छात्राओं से पूछताछ की। जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि 15 विद्यार्थियों का एक व्हाट्सऐप ग्रुप बनाया गया था, जिसमें दो छात्राएं इसी केंद्र की थीं, जबकि अन्य 13 छात्र अलग-अलग परीक्षा केंद्रों से थे और मोबाइल के जरिए उत्तर लिख रहे थे। पूछताछ में छात्राओं ने बताया कि एक निजी ट्यूशन क्लास के शिक्षक ने पैसे लेकर पेपर लीक किया।पुलिस ने संबंधित शिक्षक के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। यह भी आशंका जताई जा रही है कि इस रैकेट में शिक्षा विभाग का कोई अधिकारी या कर्मचारी शामिल हो सकता है। सदर थाने के वरिष्ठ पुलिस निरीक्षक अमोल देशमुख ने बताया कि केमिस्ट्री और फिजिक्स दोनों विषयों के पेपर लीक होने का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। अन्य 13 विद्यार्थियों की तलाश जारी है और पूरे नेटवर्क की कड़ी जांच की जा रही है। यह घटना छात्रों और अभिभावकों के लिए गंभीर चेतावनी है कि डिजिटल माध्यम से होने वाली ऐसी गैरकानूनी गतिविधियों में शामिल होना भविष्य को खतरे में डाल सकता है।

The Punjab Police found an improvised explosive device behind a police post in Amritsar district, even as the BJP slammed the “steadily deteriorating security situation” under the AAP government. Acting on specific information, the Rayya police post in charge, Guriqbal Singh, recovered the explosive from behind the chowki on Friday (February 20) night, an official said. Police said the improvised explosive device (IED) was later defused, and an FIR was registered at the Beas police station. "Due to the alertness and swift action of Amritsar rural police, an IED-related incident was averted in time. Meanwhile, BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh slammed the AAP government and said the conspiracy to blow up a police post in Amritsar using an IED is "a serious reflection of the steadily deteriorating security situation in Punjab".

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। पुणे महानगर परिवहन महामंडल (पीएमपीएमएल) प्रशासन ने यात्रियों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सभी बसों में एलईडी (डिजिटल) मार्गदर्शक फलक नियमित रूप से चालू रखने के सख्त आदेश जारी किए हैं। डिजिटल बोर्ड बंद पाए जाने पर संबंधित कर्मचारी और अधिकारियों के खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई है।हाल के दिनों में कई बसों में डिजिटल फलक बंद रहने, मार्ग की जानकारी अपडेट न होने तथा आगे और पीछे के मार्गदर्शक फलक न लगाए जाने की शिकायतें लगातार मिल रही थीं। इससे यात्रियों को भारी असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। इन शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए मुख्य यातायात प्रबंधक (ऑपरेशन) ने चालक, परिचालक, गैरेज पर्यवेक्षक, टाइमकीपर और डिपो प्रबंधकों को लिखित निर्देश जारी किए हैं।परिपत्र के अनुसार, बस डिपो से रवाना होने से पहले एटीएमएस जांच के दौरान एलईडी प्रणाली के सुचारु रूप से कार्यरत होने की पुष्टि करना अनिवार्य होगा। चालक को डिजिटल बोर्ड पर सही बस मार्ग, प्रारंभिक स्टेशन और अंतिम गंतव्य की जानकारी सटीक रूप से अपडेट करनी होगी। साथ ही बस प्रस्थान के समय आगे और पीछे के मार्ग फलक सही ढंग से लगाए गए हैं या नहीं, इसकी भी जांच सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।यदि किसी बस में मार्ग फलक उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो संबंधित डिपो को तत्काल नया फलक तैयार कर उपलब्ध कराने के आदेश दिए गए हैं। किराया जांच के दौरान निरीक्षकों को भी डिजिटल बोर्ड चालू होने की पुष्टि करने के लिए कहा गया है।प्रशासन ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि निजी ठेकेदारों द्वारा संचालित बसों में यदि डिजिटल प्रणाली बंद पाई गई, तो संबंधित ठेकेदार की जवाबदेही तय की जाएगी। इसके अलावा सुबह आठ बजे से डिपो से निकलने वाली प्रत्येक बस की विशेष रूप से जांच कर उसकी रिकॉर्डिंग रखने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।पीएमपीएमएल प्रशासन ने कहा है कि डिजिटल फलक बंद रहने से महामंडल की छवि धूमिल होती है और इस मामले में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
