Ratan Tata’s bungalow has been leased for a monthly rent of Rs 17.56 lakh (17,56,920). As the former home of Ratan Tata, this is arguably one of the most iconic residential properties in India.

Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) chairman V. Balakista Reddy on Wednesday released a research compendium authored by a faculty expert at Government City College (Autonomous), Hyderabad. Assistant Professor of Physics and head, Smart Nanomaterial Research Laboratory at the college, Parvathalu Kalakonda, Mr. Reddy said, has published 16 international research papers in an academic year. The compendium is titled ‘Frontiers in Nanomaterials: A compendium of research articles (2024–25)’ and includes 7 Q1 and 9 Q2 research papers published in international journals, one Indian patent related to defence applications, and research contributions made by the laboratory.

Nagpur News औद्योगिक उपयोग के लिए गैस की आपूर्ति बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुई है। इसके चलते हिंगना और बुटीबोरी एमआईडीसी की सैकड़ों इकाइयों के सामने अब शटडाउन का खतरा खड़ा हो गया है। कई कंपनियों ने राज्य और केंद्र सरकार को अल्टीमेटम दिया है। गैस आपूर्ति तुरंत सुचारू करने की मांग की है। उद्योगों का कहना है कि उत्पादन प्रक्रियाओं में बड़ी मात्रा में एलपीजी, प्रोपेन और ब्यूटेन का उपयोग होता है। गैस नहीं मिलने से उत्पादन चक्र बाधित हो रहा है। यदि जल्द समाधान नहीं हुआ तो कई इकाइयों को अस्थायी रूप से प्लांट बंद करने की नौबत आ सकती है।डिफेंस सप्लाई चेन पर खतरावेदांत पेपर क्राफ्ट प्रा. हिंगना एमआईडीसी में उत्पादन इकाई है। कंपनी डिफेंस और विस्फोटक क्षेत्र के लिए कंटेनर और पैकेजिंग सामग्री तैयार करती है। उत्पादन प्रकिया के दौरान कंपनी को बड़ी मात्रा में गैस की जरुरत होती है। पिछले कुछ दिनों से पर्याप्त आपूर्ति नहीं मिल रही है। कंपनी ने इस संदर्भ में एमआईडीसी इंडस्ट्रीज एसोसिएशन को पत्र लिखकर इस समस्या में तत्काल हस्तक्षेप करने की मांग की है। कंपनी का कहना है कि यदि गैस संकट जारी रहा तो उत्पादन प्रभावित होगा। डिफेंस सेक्टर को होने वाली सप्लाई में भी देरी हो सकती है।वेल्डिंग इलेक्ट्रोड यूनिट ने दी चेतावनीअन्य कंपनी वेल्डफास्ट इलेक्ट्रोड ने भी गैस की कमी को लेकर चिंता जताई है। कंपनी को वेल्डिंग इलेक्ट्रोड निर्माण में ड्राइंग ओवन के लिए एलपीजी जरूरत है। मौजूदा समय में उत्पादन के लिए गैस नहीं मिल रही है। इस स्थिति में उत्पादन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह रुक सकती है। कंपनी ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि जल्द आपूर्ति सामान्य नहीं हुई तो उत्पादन प्रक्रिया रुक सकती है। प्लांट बंद करने की नौबत आ सकती है।प्लास्टिक, फूड, केमिकल सेक्टर पर असरगैस संकट का असर केवल इंजीनियरिंग सेक्टर तक सीमित नहीं है। फूड प्रोसेसिंग, प्लास्टिक और केमिकल उत्पादन से जुड़ी कई इकाइयों ने भी गैस की कमी के कारण उत्पादन प्रभावित होने की आशंका जताई है। फूड सेक्टर में बेकिंग, रोस्टिंग और विभिन्न प्रोसेसिंग का काम गैस आधारित सिस्टम से किया जाता है। वहीं प्लास्टिक और केमिकल सेक्टर की कंपनियों को भी प्रोपेन और ब्यूटेन जैसी गैसों की कम उपलब्धता से उत्पादन प्रक्रिया प्रभावित होने का डर सता रहा है। इन गैसों का उपयोग रिएक्शन प्रोसेस और तापमान नियंत्रित करने में किया जाता है। हालांकि बड़ी कंपनियों के पास वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था होती है, लेकिन कई छोटी इकाइयां पूरी तरह गैस पर निर्भर हैं। ऐसे में गैस संकट गहराने पर इन कंपनियों का उत्पादन ठप पड़ने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।सरकार के इस कदम से रोषदरअसल, ईरान-इजरायल-अमेरिका तनाव के चलते ग्लोबल नेचुरल गैस सप्लाई प्रभावित हुई है। जिसके चलते सरकार ने कुछ सख्त कदम उठाए हैं। सरकार ने आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम, 1955 के तहत नेचुरल गैस आदेश, 2026 जारी किया है। इसके तहत उद्योगों के लिए प्राकृतिक गैस की आपूर्ति सीमित कर दी गई है, ताकि घरेलू बाजार में गैस उपलब्धता बनी रहे। हालांकि उद्योगों का कहना है कि इसी फैसले के कारण उन्हें पर्याप्त गैस नहीं मिल रही।रोजगार पर आ सकता है संकटविशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि अधिकतर इकाइयां गैस आधारित सिस्टम पर निर्भर हैं। तुरंत वैकल्पिक ईंधन पर शिफ्ट होना आसान नहीं है। मशीनरी में बदलाव के लिए समय और बड़े निवेश की जरूरत होती है। संकट लंबे समय तक बना रहा तो उत्पादन घटने के साथ सप्लाई चेन भी प्रभावित हो सकती है। इसका असर ऑटोमोबाइल, इंजीनियरिंग, फूड और केमिकल जैसे कई सेक्टरों तक पहुंच सकता है। श्रमिकों के रोजगार पर भी असर पड़ने की आशंका है।

भास्कर न्यूज, पुणे। शहर में तापमान लगातार बढ़ने के बीच पीएमसी ने संभावित हीटवेव को लेकर नागरिकों को सतर्क रहने और आवश्यक सावधानियां बरतने की अपील की है। नागरिकों के लिए जारी एक परामर्श में प्रशासन ने गर्मी के मौसम में हीटस्ट्रोक और अन्य गर्मी से संबंधित बीमारियों से बचने के लिए कई उपाय सुझाए हैं।पीएमसी ने सलाह दी है कि लोग अपने शरीर में पानी की कमी न होने दें और नियमित रूप से पानी पीते रहें। परामर्श में कहा गया है कि भले ही प्यास न लगे, फिर भी हर आधे घंटे में पानी पीने की आदत डालें। साथ ही नागरिकों को शराब, चाय, कॉफी और अधिक चीनी वाले पेय पदार्थों से बचने की सलाह दी गई है, क्योंकि ये शरीर में पानी की मात्रा को कम कर सकते हैं और हीटस्ट्रोक का खतरा बढ़ा सकते हैं।प्रशासन ने बाहर काम करने वाले लोगों को विशेष सावधानी बरतने की सलाह दी है। ऐसे लोगों को सिर, गर्दन और चेहरे को गीले कपड़े या किसी कपड़े से ढककर सीधे धूप से बचाव करने को कहा गया है। घरों को ठंडा रखने के लिए दिन में खिड़कियों पर मोटे पर्दे लगाने और रात में खिड़कियां खुली रखने की सलाह भी दी गई है। कमरे को ठंडा रखने के लिए पंखे या गीले कपड़े का उपयोग भी किया जा सकता है।पीएमसी ने भोजन में पानी की मात्रा अधिक रखने की भी सलाह दी है। इसके लिए तरबूज, खरबूजा, संतरा, अंगूर, अनानास और खीरा जैसे फलों और सब्जियों को आहार में शामिल करने की सिफारिश की गई है। इसके अलावा ओआरएस, घर का बना लस्सी, छाछ, नींबू पानी, आम पन्ना और ताजे सलाद जैसे पेय पदार्थों का सेवन करने से शरीर में इलेक्ट्रोलाइट संतुलन बनाए रखने में मदद मिलती है।बाहर निकलते समय हल्के, ढीले और सूती कपड़े पहनने, सिर को टोपी या छाते से ढकने और धूप से बचाव के लिए चश्मा पहनने की भी सलाह दी गई है।पीएमसी ने नागरिकों को दोपहर 12 बजे से 3 बजे के बीच बाहर जाने से बचने की विशेष चेतावनी दी है, क्योंकि इस दौरान गर्मी सबसे अधिक होती है। इसके अलावा तेज धूप में भारी शारीरिक श्रम करने, छत या ऊपरी मंजिलों पर जाने और भारी, अधिक प्रोटीन या बासी भोजन खाने से बचने की भी सलाह दी गई है। गर्मियों में नंगे पांव बाहर न निकलने और हमेशा जूते-चप्पल पहनने की भी अपील की गई है।परामर्श में पशु-पक्षियों की देखभाल पर भी जोर दिया गया है। पशुओं को छायादार स्थानों में रखने, पर्याप्त पानी और हरा चारा उपलब्ध कराने की सलाह दी गई है। वहीं कार्यस्थलों पर मजदूरों के लिए ठंडे पेयजल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है।पीएमसी ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि बढ़ती गर्मी को देखते हुए इन सावधानियों का सख्ती से पालन करें, ताकि हीटवेव के खतरे से बचा जा सके और सभी सुरक्षित रह सकें।

Digital Lutera represents a structural attack on device trust. UPI apps process transactions after verifying the SIM of the phone number with which the account associated with it is installed in the mobile phone. The result is disturbing: a victim's UPI account can be registered and controlled on a completely different device - even though the actual SIM card never leaves the victim's phone," the report said. The cyber intelligence firm said that after manipulating the android device, it makes the UPI app believe that messages for verification have genuinely emanated from the smartphone.
