‌Justice Brian Cregan has granted an order that Revolut Bank UAB must provide the names and addresses of 304 subscribers as well as 10 resellers. The order comes after Sky launched a civil action against Revolut, with subscribers using the banking app to pay resellers of pirated content. ‌Sky had originally pursued a Norwich Pharmacal order, which allows information on individuals who have become 'mixed up' in wrongdoing to be obtained. ‌It was also found that 12 resellers and 304 users had been transferring sums to Dunbar by Revolut, which triggered Sky into requesting further information from the bank. Information on the 304 users is due to be handed over to Sky on an encrypted spreadsheet within the next 28 days.

A conservation charity has expressed its 'deep concern' after an entire pack of wolves were euthanised at a UK wildlife park. But charity Born Free, which works to 'keep wildlife in the wild', branded the situation 'disastrous', claiming it highlights the dangers of captivity for species such as wolves. Wildlife activists said the case provided proof that wild species should not be kept in captivity - suggesting stress could have caused the wolves to act aggressively. 'Wolves are highly social animals that live within complex family structures, and when those dynamics break down, conflict and rejection can increase. 'This decision was an absolute last resort, with the animals' welfare as our priority.

When gardaí arrested and questioned him, Kelly described his victim as a “knacker” and said she had “ruined my family’s life”. “It is not clear that his brain injury had an effect on what he did,” McDermott said, adding that self-induced intoxication was not an excuse nor a mitigating factor. So I am loth to complain, but was deeply disappointed when Max Verstappen chose to eject me from his press conference on Thursday at the Japanese Grand Prix over a question asked at the end of last season. I have never been asked to leave a press conference. In more than a decade of covering the sport I have interviewed Verstappen perhaps a dozen times, all of them friendly and good humoured. His outstanding talent garnered praise and admiration in those articles, criticism by contrast has been minimal and only when warranted. At the Spanish Grand Prix Verstappen drove into the side of George Russell’s car, for which he was punished with a 10-second penalty.

We realise that Ligue 1 is becoming the variable used to adjust the Champions League schedule.
