MONROVIA — The president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Patrice Motsepe has overturned the ban or suspension on the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex. The CAF president said the ban on Liberia is a complete embarrassment to him as the president of CAF and to Liberia as well. He said that CAF is prepared to work with Liberia to improve sports in the country, especially football and infrastructure. Minister Wilson lauded the President of CAF Patrice Motsere for the support. MONROVIA – Naymote Partners for Democratic Development, the implementer of the President Meter Project tracking the President’s promises to the people and citizens of Liberia has tracked 32 new promises during the president’s recent nationwide tours. He accused Minister Murray and his likes at the Ministry of Mines and Energy of operating a syndicate in dealing with those illegal miners. Nobody at the Ministry of Mines and Energy can tell me they don’t know what is going on in the interior of this country. Recently, the Minister of Mines and Energy gave a three-month ultimatum to the Inspectorate Division of the Ministry to clear Liberian rivers and streams of all illegal dredges and curtail the use of mercury for gold mining.

Consistent with the resolution, the following points have been agreed upon for action:That APM Terminals and the National Port Authority agreed to the waiver of storage fees and overnight charges accrued by shippers from April 29, 2021 to May 5, 2021;That Parties impacted by the clearance of backlog and challenges notify the Ministry of Commerce. The Editor,Call it “The Executive Mansion Pro-Poor Wasteful Renovation Project” that has now cost nearly $40 million since the days of former President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf from a minor fire incident that occured 15 years ago on our Indepedence Day, July 26, 2006. Liberia will be 174 years old this July and yet we can’t firgure out how to renovate the official home and office of the President of Liberia. 15 years of renovation: 12 years under Ellen and 3 years sofar under Weah and counting. Both Ellen and Weah promised to fight corruption but the Executive Mansion money gobbling sinkhole with no end in sight renovation project has now cost the taxpayers perhaps over $40 million. Mom President Ellen officially took responsibity for her son brazen daylight robbery but no one has been charged since, let along arrested.
