According to the details, a human smuggler named Muhammad Saeed, has been apprehended, who callously robbed a citizen, Bilal Shahid, by sending him to Greece illegally. CAIRO – 5 July 2023: Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker told Youm7 on Wednesday that studies are underway to raise the output of electricity linkage with Libya from 150 megawatts to 2,000 megawatts. Minister Shaker stated that the output was raised from 100 megawatts to 150 megawatts in January upon the request of the Libyan side. The minister also revealed that studies are being carried out to raise the output of electricity linkage with Jordan from 450 megawatts to 1,100 megawatts with a capacity of 400 kilovolts. Minister Shaker pointed out that the purpose of electricity linkage projects is turning Egypt into a global energy hub given its location between Africa, Europe, and the Arab Gulf. He added that studies are being conducted to accomplish electricity linkage with African states capitalizing on their hydropower capabilities.

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial emphasised on Wednesday that the recent boat tragedy on Greek shores, which claimed the lives of more than 300 people from Pakistan, was a grave issue concerning human rights.
