ı ı ıSuch as one time when an American was teaching at a Bavarian boarding school. On one Saturday evening, the teacher, who lived in a dorm with pupils, forgot to lock the door to his dorm room. After years of research, development, and investment in both new generation hardware and software/content tools from industry leaders like Sony, today's robust digital signage solutions are not the simple airport-style systems of the past. Rapid advances in the evolution of API's (application programming interface), new display technologies, cloud-based content management systems, and IoT- and AI- enabled systems have ushered in a revolution in digital signage. Today's systems – when designed and executed carefully – bring new generation functionality, flexibility, and stunning imagery to common space digital content in every application. And even as these new developments have brought new and better tools to the hardware and software side, best practices are now emerging on the planning, deployment, and maintenance side of digital signage rollouts. Good timing – because as workplaces and public spaces return to normal, the new "normal" now includes the need to use the digital tools available today to go way beyond yesterday's simple "signage" and toward purpose-driven AV-based messaging and interactive ecosystems that evolve with the organization.

Operation IRINI has said it confiscated dozens of military vehicles shipped to Libya on board a Dutch-flagged commercial ship on October 11, without disclosing the receiving party. The European Union Naval Force, established in March 2020 to monitor the UN arms embargo on Libya, said in its recent report on Wednesday that this was the second time IRINI seized a cargo in implementation of the UN Security Council Resolution in less than three months. "One of the European military vessels operating in the Central Mediterranean Sea for Operation IRINI detected the ship on its way to Libya. Upon Operation IRINI’s request... the Netherlands, as the ship’s flag state, gave its consent without delay for the inspection and on 11 October, a boarding team was sent on board to verify the nature of those vehicles. The report indicated that the ship was diverted to a European port, where a UN Panel of Experts investigated the cargo before the vehicles were disembarked and stored ashore.

He also organized catering for Kremlin events for several years — earning him the nickname “Putin's chef” — and has provided catering and utility services to the Russian military. In 2017, opposition figure and corruption fighter Alexei Navalny accused Prigozhin's companies of breaking antitrust laws by bidding for some $387 million in Defense Ministry contracts. But in September, he acknowledged being the founder of Wagner in a social media statement released by his companies' press service. We talk about justice, but we do not see it, and we don’t feel it.” One survivor said, “We keep hearing about justice; we keep hearing about the ICC. This strengthened the office’s ability to address practical, logistical, and security challenges associated with the investigation in a flexible manner.”United Nations YouTube Channel

The row centers on the Ocean Viking, a charity ship that has sailed away from Sicilian waters toward France after unsuccessfully waiting for permission to dock in Italy since late October. Italian leaders have claimed that France is ready to accept the migrants, but Paris has warned that the ship was in Italian waters and branded the refusal to let her dock "unacceptable". It did not single out Italy or France by name, but noted the "clear and unequivocal" legal obligation to rescue distressed persons at sea. In June, around a dozen EU countries, including France, agreed to take in migrants who arrive in Italy and other main entry points. So far this year, 164 asylum seekers have been moved from Italy to other nations in the bloc that have volunteered to accept them.

Nigerian club Plateau United crashed out of the CAF Confederation Cup on Wednesday with a late collapse in Libya costing them a group place. Plateau, downgraded to the Confederation Cup after losing to Esperance Tunis in the CAF Champions League last month, looked set to win the play-off when trailing 1-0 on 85 minutes. Berkane, who reached three of the last four Confederation Cup finals and won two, were held 0-0 by Tunisian visitors US Monastir and lost the tie 1-0 on aggregate. Former African champions Club Africain would have fancied their chances of making the 16-team group draw after forcing a 0-0 draw against Young Africans in Tanzania last week. Story continuesRecord three-time Confederation Cup winners Sfaxien trailed ASKO Kara 2-1 after the first leg, but few gave the Togolese any hope of surviving the return match.
