Oyo State Government has said that the 12.5 km Challenge-Odo-Ona road currently under construction would likely be completed in the next three months. Some Muslims youths in a video which surfaced online, stormed a shop rented by an Isese adherent in Ilorin, Kwara State capital, threatening them to vacate in the next seven days over alleged Isese gathering. Educationists have condemned some state governments’ failure to pay their debts to the West African Examination Council. The experts expressed dissatisfaction that the states’ indebtedness to WAEC had resulted in an eventual withholding of the 2023 WASSCE results of over 130,000 candidates from eight states by the council.
