Marvin Wade Hart, 61, of McCalla, was driving through the intersection of McAshan Rd and Old Tuscaloosa Highway in McCalla just before noon when his Ford Ranger collided with a Publix 18-wheeler. He was taken to UAB Hospital and was pronounced dead 12:38 p.m. According to Carol Robinson, Hart is a military veteran and sergeant with the UAB Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team is conducting the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Mumbai, Sep 12 (IANS) ‘Jawan’, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupati, has breached the Rs 500-crore mark in box-office collections worldwide.
