What complicates matters more for Reese is the additions of Perry and Foligno give the Blackhawks additional physicality, and that has been his primary function on the NHL roster. Keeping Katchouk’s size on the NHL roster would hurt Reese’s chances even further.

Its domestic political strategy revolves around Hindutva which seeks to impose relentless Hindu hegemony in India. The BJP’s assertive, multi-pronged political strategy essentially aims to create a Hindu versus the rest con­test. Further state elections in Mizoram, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telan­gana this year will put his political and electoral strategy to a severer test. As India’s state and national elections approach, the BJP’s options and political strategy will emerge clearer.

He said, “Like Socrates drank poison to establish the truth, so will I to show the truth about the women’s reservation bill.” He demanded a quota-within-quota to accommodate the OBCs.

The BJP claimed that Minister Sekar Babu, who heads the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, participated in the conference on Sanatan Dharma, where Udhayanidhi went on an explosive rant, thereby violating his oath of office. Similar protests will also be held across the state demanding that the offices of the Hindu Charitable Department be blocked in all the districts of Tamil Nadu. “From this, we can understand which party is in favour of a backward society,” the state BJP Chief said. Addressing a public rally in Theni, the BJP state president said, “It has been 29 months since the DMK came to power in Tamil Nadu.

“We will make collective decisions, carry everyone along and as you have never disappointed me, I will never disappoint you,” he said while addressing the party workers in Hyderabad. Sticking to the demands of timely elections, Bilawal, however, made it clear that he held his ground when it came to politics, the Constitution, and party policy, putting him at odds with his father's stance over elections. “It is being said that it is not possible to hold elections in 90 days, but I think general elections can be held within 60 days,” he contended. He reaffirmed his commitment to participating in the elections, asserting, "We are accustomed to facing challenges head-on, and we will not run from the elections. However, if some of our allies are considering running away from the elections, we will let them run because when you don't contest elections, someone else takes your seat."

Chandrababu Naidu following his arrest by APCID on Saturday. Though police tried to dissuade Pawan Kalyan from entering Andhra Pradesh citing the possible law and order issues, the actor-turned-politician's convoy proceeded to enter the state. A large number of party supporters also arrived at the check post demanding that PK should be allowed to visit Vijayawada. Earlier, Pawan tried to reach Vijayawada by flight, but the the airport authorities denied permission for the aircraft to take off from Begumpet airport citing the instruction from Krishna district police.

The shift in any nation’s fate is driven by either the success in the system or its failure. That machinery is the American system. Twenty-six amendments have been made to the American constitution since it was drafted almost 336 years ago compared to twenty-seven amendments in our constitution which was drafted 51 years ago. We need to relook at our morals — the morals of our society. Not only do we deserve a change in our system which is not delivering but we also deserve the change in the status of women in our society.

Interestingly, a day earlier the foreign minister apparently exonerated the Afghan Taliban of their role when he termed the Chitral attack an "isolated incident" and noted that it was not "sanctioned" by the Afghan Taliban government. Foreign Minister Jilani said the Afghan government must not allow its soil to be used by banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan or any other group. The Foreign Minister said the SIFC meeting was briefed about Pakistan's the foreign policy. Jilani said that Pakistan also enjoys good relations with Saudi Arabia, Middle East, GCC, South Asian and Central Asian countries. The foreign minister said “steps are being taken to solve the problems of international investors”.

While India was crafting its own unique identity, Pakistan increasingly leaned into the role of being India’s antithesis.
