JOHN NICHOLSON/ FAIRFAX NZ Procter defrauded the university of $481,000, of which she has so far been able to repay about $250,000. A husband and two young children are the real victims in the case of a mother who scammed Victoria University out of $481,000, a court has been told. Victoria University and several of Procter's former colleagues also opposed name suppression. Procter was jailed for defrauding the university, where she was previously head of the facilities management team.
