But life is never that straightforward, and in some cases, one person in the couple can sometimes change their mind about having kids. When I was younger I did not know I wanted children. It wasn’t until the opportunity to have children presented itself that I knew having children would be a natural next step for me. My husband did not have a strong opinion about having children or not having children. But I really wanted kids.
