The United Nations has pledged to assist Bangladesh in the general election scheduled for February. On Thursday, UN Resident Coordinator Gwyn Lewis met with Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna in Dhaka, where she gave the assurance. The Chief Advisor’s Office (CAO) later issued a media statement outlining the discussions.
