During the call, which the ministry said was initiated by Keegan, the two also discussed “ways to support and strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries”. Mangoush confirmed that “the government had begun to implement the measures taken to proceed towards achieving political stability and conducting elections according to a short and clear roadmap that defines the commitments towards the electoral process”.

PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona voters this November will decide whether to allow students regardless of their immigration status to obtain financial aid and cheaper in-state tuition at state universities and community colleges. Voters in 2006 overwhelmingly approved a proposition that prevented students who entered the U.S. without authorization from getting in-state tuition and other financial benefits. Arizona Republican State Sen. Paul Boyer introduced the measure for the ballot and it was passed by both houses. The Arizona Board of Regents this spring approved base in-state undergraduate tuition of $10,978 for the 2022-2023 school year and a $29,952 base tuition rate for out-of-state undergraduate students. Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor will miss Thursday night's game at Denver with an ankle injury. The Colts (1-2-1) also ruled out linebacker Shaquille Leonard, safety Julian Blackmon and defensive end Tyquan Lewis for the Week 5 game against the Broncos (2-2). On Tuesday, Colts head coach Frank Reich and Taylor both said they were hopeful that the injury wasn't severe enough to keep him out. Taylor, the 2021 NFL rushing champion, sustained the injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 24-17 loss against the Tennessee Titans. Taylor, 23, has rushed for 328 yards and a touchdown and has nine catches for 44 yards in four games this season.
