The Crisis Management Committee has agreed to exclude three governorates from its plan to reduce electrical loads nationwide, during a meeting on Monday at the headquarters of the Egyptian Cabinet in the New Administrative Capital. Cabinet Spokesperson Nader Saad explained that the electrical load reduction plan, which was prepared in coordination between the ministries of Electricity and Petroleum, now excludes the governorates of Matrouh, South Sinai and the Red Sea due to low consumption rates.
