Buffalo supermarket gunman charged with federal hate crimes
BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman who killed 10 Black people in a racist attack at a Buffalo supermarket was charged Wednesday with federal hate crimes and could face the death penalty if convicted. The criminal complaint filed Wednesday against Payton Gendron coincided with a visit to Buffalo by Attorney General Merrick Garland. But the memo does not prohibit federal prosecutors from seeking the death penalty, a decision that ultimately will fall to Garland. Federal executions have been halted as the Justice Department conducts a review of its policies and procedures for capital punishment. President Joe Biden has said he opposes the death penalty and his team vowed that he would take action to stop its use while in office.

Nothing phone (1) design revealed
Following the teaser hint from earlier this week, Nothing phone (1)’s design is now revealed by the tech startup. We already knew phone(1) would bring a transparent back and we can see the wireless charging coil though that’s the only component of the device that’s see-through. There are also several light-up strips around the camera and charging coil which should be interesting to see in real life. Nothing touts the phone (1) design as “Designed with intention. Based on previous hints, Nothing phone (1) should debut with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset and 45W fast charging.

The Axon 40 Ultra calls its main camera 'Humanity' camera, which may be a poor use of English, seeing how it's meant to be used for taking photographs of people. Well, the 35mil is the protagonist in the Axon 40 Ultra's story. Camera system aside, the Axon 40 Ultra is packing more or less standard 2022 flagship hardware. OnePlus 10T rendered: large 6.7" display, full-width camera bump
If rumors are to be believed, the OnePlus 10T will be the last flagship that the company releases this year (no 10 Ultra, no 10T Pro, etc.). The 10T has an unusual design for the company – the camera bump on the back extends across the full width of the phone. The OnePlus 10T will allegedly use a 50MP main camera with OIS and 4K 60fps video recording. It will be joined by a 16MP ultra wide camera and a 2MP macro module, no telephoto lenses on board. The OnePlus 10T will be priced somewhere between the 10 Pro ($900/€900/₹70,000) and the 10R (₹44,000).
