Inspector-General of Police Hillary Mutyambai on Wednesday inspected the construction of the National Police Leadership Academy in Ngong, Kajiado. President Uhuru Kenyatta commissioned the construction of a leadership police academy and 210 housing units in Ngong earlier this year.
