New Abbeyleix restaurant and guesthouse Ómós has appointed Patrick Healy as general manager and Alanna Starnes as marketing manager. Led by chef Cúán Greene, a former chef at Michelin-star restaurants Noma and Geranium in Copenhagen, and Bastible in Dublin, Ómós is a 16-bedroom guesthouse and 40-seat restaurant on 4.2 acres in Co Laois.
