SAN PEDRO CITY – A man tagged by the authorities as an “abortionist” was arrested in Rodriguez, Rizal on Sunday morning. Guillermo Eleazar, director of the Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon (CALABARZON) police, said cops searched the home of Randy Picardal, alias Tata, in Sitio Hamuyuan, Barangay San Jose at around 6 a.m. The warrant was issued by judge Lily Villareal Biton of the San Mateo regional trial court.
