NAGA CITY– A man was hacked and killed after allegedly bullying his friend in Ocampo town in Camarines Sur province Saturday before dawn. Police said Franklin Andaya, 45, hacked the victim Enrique Buenaflor, 47, about 21 times while he was sleeping at a sidewalk at around 2 a.m. in Barangay (village) Poblacion West. ADVERTISEMENTThe entire incident, which was caught by a security camera, was said to have been provoked by the victim’s bullying of the suspect earlier.
