Heimir Hallgrimsson and John O’Shea have suggested the FAI have not completely given up hope on luring Liam Delap into the Ireland set-up. The FAI have made several attempts to bring the son of former Irish international Rory into the fold, but the Chelsea attacker has made it clear that his preference is to continue with England after lining out through the underage levels with the country of his birth.
