Ahead of his performance at the 2023 American business magazine, Forbes’ Under 30 Africa Summit, famous Nigerian Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, professionally known by his stage name Davido, has described himself as a godfather. Recall that Forbes had earlier published the 2023 thirty young African innovators’ names containing 11 South Africans, two Rwandans, Tanzanians and Ghanaians each, while one each from Botswana, Namibia, Cameroon, Lesotho, Mauritius and Kenya. The singer is expected to speak and perform at the dignified function, which will take place from 23 to 29 April in Gaborone, Botswana. Confirming this in a post on his official Instagram page on Saturday, Davido said “Emi n’ikan I be godfather oh! Had fun doing this.”The magazine described Davido as a ‘Music Mogul’.
