The car parks are owned by US investment firm Kennedy Wilson and operated by Euro Car Parks Ireland, which also manages multi-storey car parks at the Mater Hospital and the National Convention Centre. While management claimed it improved parking availability, customers reported avoiding the centre in favour of competitors like Blanchardstown. However, retailers say the charges have deterred customers who previously used the centre for quick visits.
