If I’m being virtuous I’m into the yoga gear for an hour long class in a studio around the corner. I’ll treat myself to a coffee on the way to work. 2pm The lunch choices in the BBC canteen can be a bit dismal so I usually avoid that and pop out for a stroll. I do enjoy a gin and tonic and I love a boozy weekend lunch more so than a night out. way to increase consumption after a long day.
