LEGAZPI CITY –– A suspected communist rebel wanted for rape in Camarines Norte was arrested in Bula town in Camarines Sur Thursday morning, June 3, police said Friday. Lt. Col. Juancho Ibis, chief of police of Labo town in Camarines Norte, where the suspect was wanted, said Victor Plutado, 40, was arrested in Barangay La Victoria, Bula around 5:30 a.m.ADVERTISEMENTJudge Leo Lumabad Intia of Regional Trial Court Branch 64 in Labo town issued the arrest warrant for Plutado on March 15.
