I’m an intern in the Humber College funeral program; I’ve been working at a Toronto funeral home since June of last year. So it’s now completely bonkers that we’re asking people to leave, or telling them their sister can’t come in. Knowing that there’s really not anything I can do about it. I can’t just walk away from this job, because my chance of getting a director’s licence is on the line. For those who don’t have the coronavirus, we’re still getting a little bit of a funeral to happen for graveside services.
