The mother of “Today” host Savannah Guthrie has been reported missing from her home in Arizona and local authorities say she may have been forcibly taken in the middle of the night. Nancy Guthrie, 84, was last seen Saturday night at her residence in a community northeast of Tucson, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. “At this point investigators believe she was taken from the home against her will, possibly [in the] middle of the night,” department spokesperson Kevin Adger told The Times. “Every tool we have, we will use.”Particularly urgent in this case is that Nancy Guthrie needs to take a specific medication every day.
