Although Covid-19 is likely the biggest global crisis since the second world war, it is still dwarfed in the long term by climate change. There is no getting around the fact that the impacts of climate change are more gradual than those of Covid-19. But it is not unimaginable that the experience of Covid-19 could help us understand climate change differently.
