The Coordinator of a non-governmental organisation ‘Be Inspired Nigeria’ Akwa Ibom State chapter, Imo Asuquo, and members of the organisation on Saturday spent time with leprosy patients at the state leprosy Hospital, Etinan local government area, assuring them that they were not alone in their travails. She said that the organization is always standing behind them and praying for them in every circumstance of their lives. Asuquo, stated this in Etinan Local Government Area while presenting assorted foodstuffs, detergent, and other gifts to over 200 leprosy patients in the facility donated by the group in collaboration with Touch of Love Outreach, Lagos. “We came especially from Be Inspired Nigeria’ in conjunction with Touch of Love Outreach, all the way from Lagos and we choose this group, this particular place to come and share this token we have for you during this period. Secretary of the hospital, Elder Frank Udoh, who received the items on behalf of the hospital management lauded the group for the initiative and pray God to continue to sustain them.
