A Kwai Chung restaurant staffer pulled out a Chinese chopper and stopped a man who wanted to rob the shop with a box cutter on Wednesday evening. The attempted robbery happened at around 10pm Wednesday at the restaurant located on Tak Tai Path in Kwai Chung. When the shop owner was about to give him the change, the “customer” grabbed a box cutter from his pocket and told Wong: “Don't move!” while he approached the till. He used a box cutter to rob me. How insincere is that even when it comes to robbery!” Wong said.
