The list ranks 400 public and private universities across the country, with institutions like Princeton, MIT and Yale taking top spots. The ranking evaluated three key components: student outcomes, learning environment and diversity. The data was pulled from an independent survey of 60,000 students and alumni, in addition to the U.S. Department of Education data to compare graduate salaries, graduation rates, institutions’ net price, student demographics and more.
