The OC furthered: “The truck was parked near the brick field because coal was being unloaded from it. The truck rolled over and crushed a workers’ dormitory, killing 13 sleeping workers on the spot. The deputy commissioner and the brick field owner have donated Tk20,000 and Tk10,000, respectively, to each of the deceased victims’ families.
