Russia has confirmed 1.39 million coronavirus patients and 24,187 deaths. Fourteen travelers to Hong Kong who flew in from Central Asia, the US, Europe, Southeast Asia and South Asia are among 15 people confirmed today by health officials as infected with the coronavirus disease. A pre-departure virus test has been mandated for those coming from Russia. There are more than 1.3 million coronanvirus patients in Russia. Philippines on Sunday reported 2,379 new confirmed patients and 50 deaths, bringing the total in the country to 356,618 patients and 6,652 deaths.
