District police registered 186 cases against violators of coronavirus Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during the ongoing month across the district. According to officials, the police were taking strict action against violations of coronavirus SOPs in order to play their role in stopping the virus from spreading. Reportedly, the police officials were also cooperating with the district administration in implementation of SOP and sealing shops and hotels on violations. Meanwhile, the police also increased deployment at different sensitive places in order to prevent any untoward incident and violation of SOPs. He urged the people to cooperate with the district administration and police for implementation of SOPs.
