British Columbia's police watchdog is investigating after two people went into medical distress at a Kelowna RCMP detachment soon after being arrested. The two suspects were taken into custody with the assistance of a police dog. The RCMP detachment in Kelowna, B.C. (Google Street View)RCMP say both the 24-year-old woman and the 32-year-old man became unresponsive shortly after arriving at the Kelowna detachment. is now investigating to determine whether police action or inaction could be linked to the suspects' medical distress.
