The two men were pictured with Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Commonwealth Secretary-General, who was holding her first Commonwealth Day celebration. The statement added that "for the Ga Mantse, these engagements transcend symbolism to reflect a leadership style rooted in openness, partnership, and long-term vision.
