It has been a long time since I penned my column, but the recently ended World Cup has once again motivated me to come out of my shell and to do so. Best game: France vs ArgentinaWith seven goals and a certain Kylian Mbappe showing the world how good he was, this game had everything. There was no shortage of beautiful goals, although team goals were lacking I felt. Best personal moments for meWhen Japan beat Colombia, for their first ever win against a South American nation at the World Cup and South Korea's win against Germany. The World Cup became the Euro Cup from the semi-finals, and this could be a danger for other non-European teams in the future as they could get less places in the future.
