ABOUT 4,000 delegates converged at Murtala Muhammad Square Kaduna to affirm the candidate of Governor Nasir El-rufai as he seeks another mandate under his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC). El-rufai is the only sole aspirant of the party in Kaduna chapter of the party. It was gathered that delegates from 23 local government are expected to vote for the Governor. Speaking in an interview, the State Chairman of the party, Air Commodore Emmanuel Jekada said 4,000 delegates are expected to vote for the Governor. ‘So as part of the process delegates have to vote even though we have only the name of the Governor on the ballot.
