Secretary to the Gombe State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi has called on the people of the State to have positive attitude going into the New year saying every available indices indicate that Gombe State under the leadership of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya is on the path of greatness. In a message to mark the New year festivity, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi said that the prospect of a better Gombe State will be realized if the people cooperate and work together for the betterment of the state noting that, the year 2020 would be a year of great significance for Gombe State. He called for unity of purpose to guarantee the successes for Gombe State and the nation in general and expressed confidence in efforts put in place by the present administration to continue to impact positively on the lives of the people of Gombe State. While wishing Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and the entire State a happy new year celebration, the SSG urged the citizens to support the good policies and Programmes put in place by the present administration which are aimed at moving the state to the next level as contained in a statement by Joshua Danmalam, Information officer office of the SSG.
