Helio Castroneves has been happy with his car since qualifying, telling his Meyer Shank Racing team "don't touch it, the car is really good." I was like, just keep doing what I'm doing, understanding what I need to do. I'm like, that's it, I'm not going to wait because I need that traffic to pull me so I can get the same speed. I don't believe it. It was an emotional celebration for Castroneves, who took awhile to climb the fence because he ran down the frontstretch.
