The Aggies have gone out west for the latest commitment in their 2025 recruiting class as La Verne (CA) Bonita linebacker Noah Mikhail‍ has given his verbal pledge to Mike Elko & Co. This marks a significant recruiting win for defensive coordinator and linebacker coach Jay Bateman, the 6-foot-3, 225-pounder chooses the Maroon & White over offers from Oregon, USC, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Florida State and plenty of others. Overall, Mikhail is the 16th addition to A&M’s high school haul and the seventh on the defensive side of the ball. Mikhail plays downhill and shows great vision and burst while attacking the line of scrimmage. He also displays a consistent feel for timing as a blitzer which turns those plays into frequent negatives for opposing offenses.
