National-scale digital platforms run continuously, and identity breakdowns can have immediate consequences across banking, payments, transportation and public services. Identity governance will evolve from a background function to an operational necessity. Identity monitoring and rapid access revocation will be critical to reducing impact.The challenge isn’t that organisations are moving too slowly.
