The ministry is implementing an innovation management mechanism on electronic information and social networks and has approved legal documents such as Decree No. For electronic information sites and social networks such as Facebook and YouTube, the ministry has approved a circular on managing public service content across all borders. In recent meetings, Minister of Information and Communications Truong Anh Tuan has also called for better handling of electronic information issues in social networks such as Facebook.
