In a situation report Monday, February 9, the agency said the storm affected 579,176 individuals, or 162,501 families, across 1,201 barangays. Of those affected, 55,087 individuals were staying in evacuation centers, while 81,107 were outside evacuation facilities, according to the NDRRMC. A total of 43 roads and four bridges were affected by the storm, with 40 roads and three bridges deemed impassable.
