MONTGOMERY, Texas - A viral video posted online led Texas authorities to take three dozen dogs to the animal shelter. The video showed a pack of dogs hurting a puppy at a Montgomery County home. The homeowners agreed to surrender a total of 37 dogs, including 14 puppies to the Houston SPCA. Montgomery County has no laws to regulate how many dogs someone can own. Several dogs are being treated for being underfed, having anemia, and other medical conditions.
