All these options still deal with real estate, so they will be relatively stable, however, the returns expected might not suit the long-term investment goal for many. Real estate is beneficial as a form of investment but it is essential to understand what works for you. Irrespective of what you choose, understand that real estate is most beneficial only when you are invested in it for the long term.
