Mohammed Hafiz Abdullah, the Dema Naa of Tamale, made the revelation on Net 2 TV on Friday, 1 June 2018. He claimed Anas demanded the money as bribe to kill a scandalous story about him. That was the beginning of the decision to put Justice Quist on the radar [and] eventually in 2015/2016 Justice Quist was busted by Tiger Eye”. Justice Quist was one of the High Court judges who was removed following the judicial scandal exposé by Anas, which resulted in the suspension of 22 circuit court judges and magistrates and 12 High Court judges.
