Eldoret West DCIO Ali Samatar told Nairobi News that the 57 people are being detained at the Eldoret central station and are helping police with investigations. Police suspect the fake calling letters were sold by a cartel that had a national network. This is because the people arrested with the fake letters were drawn from across all regions in the country.
