Naogaon Superintendent of Police (SP) Abdul Mannan Mia disclosed the matter at a press briefing held at Sadar police station on Sunday afternoon. Six crude bombs, 15 sound bombs, and jihadi books were also seized from their possession, he said. Police were able to apprehend six of them but the rest managed to flee, the SP said. The six detainees are -- Abdul Mannan, 20, Rabiul Mahbub, 19, Abdus Sabur, 19, Mohiuddin, 19, Alamgir Hossain Mithu, 35, and Mehedi Hasan, 19.
